authorized by The Original Resume®™
to download information ("materials") found on The Original Resume®™ websites on a single
computer for personal use, non-commercial internal use only as a Registered
User only, unless specifically licensed by The Original Resume®™ in writing, or as allowed
by licensing terms which accompany or are provided with individual product or
service. This may be a personal license,
and under no circumstances shall this license be construed as a transfer of intellectual

provided or available through its subsidiary entities or operating companies. The license granted by The Original Resume®™ herein is subject to the
following restrictions: Licensee may not: (a) modify the materials or use them

materials except and only to the extent permitted by applicable State, Federal

The User agrees to prevent any unauthorized copying of any materials or
unauthorized usage or reproduction. The
Original Resume®™ may
terminate this license and agreement at any time if any individual or entity is
in breach of the terms of this Agreement in any manner, or may be construed to
be in violation of this usage agreement, without refund or recourse by the user
and without notice. Utilizing any of the
contained information, adding, creating additions or modifications to any
materials or database information without the express written permission of The
Original Resume®™, the
Author, Originator or Publisher will result in a Consulting Fee and Usage Fee.
This Fee will be collected with applicable late fees, interest and legal
collection fees without further notification to the utilizing individual,
organization or the organization the individual is associated with where the information
was printed, saved, replicated, parsed or downloaded to any automated or
computerized or non computerized format.
A Consulting Fee will be considered as an automatic purchase order for
database rental, materials or intellectual property utilized or the name The
Original Resume®™, which
is a Registered Trademark and invoiced accordingly at a price discretion of The
Original Resume®™, but
not less than $950,000 annually for the period of time utilized, or from the
first purchase of the material(s), retroactively, which may be considered the
initial usage date, but not prior to August 1989. Upon termination of the Consulting Fee and Usage Fee the end-user will immediately destroy
the Materials or continue annual rental fees of not less than $950,000
annually. Additional Fees for specific
items are listed, with agreement, or directly billed without agreement. “The Original Resume” or “Original Resume”
wording may not be utilized in any website source code without Consulting or
Usage Fee’s payment and prior authorization.
Trademark Usage Fees:

in any manner or font in print material, electronic material or listed on
Internet Web Sites, in part or in whole identified by Trademark laws and
restrictions:

USAGE:
Resume formats, cover letter materials or systems utilized by individuals
produced by The
Original Resume®™
No additional costs to the job
seeker are incurred other than listed unless Original Resume®™ or resume or cover letter
information is transferred from the CareerProfileManger.com website and
reproduced in any other manner. Resume
and cover letter information, or any portion thereof that is posted on the www.CareerProfileManager.com website
location may only be distributed from the www.CareerProfileManger.com website,
and is not to be reproduced for further publication or distribution in any
other type of print or electronic format, and or placed on any other website
location, copied, pasted or in any other manner than from the www.CareerProfileManager.com, with
the exception of the .txt (text) format, which is considered a universal
format. The Original Resume®™ production format on the www.CareerProfileManager.com website
is only licensed to The Original Resume®™
Job Seeker as a rental license and lease fee basis as arranged, during the
period contracted and following the contract period for an endless period of
time of the formatted information is produced on or from that site. All materials rights to the resume format and
content is owned by The Original Resume®™
Company, unless and electronic version copy is purchased. If The Original Resume®™ format on the www.CareerProfileManger.com site
is reproduced or replicated by any individual in any format or portion thereof,
for any reason and, or distribution other than from www.CareerProfileManager.com, or
produced from The Original Resume®™,
it will be considered a purchase of the product in the amount of not less than
$10,000.00, or 20% of the first year annual compensation received by the job
seeker listed on The Original Resume®™
produced, whichever is greater. In
summary, the formats and content of the resume and cover letter are proprietary
to The Original Resume®™ and
are not owned by the Job Seeker. This is
not applicable if any resume is sent to a Recruiter, hiring company or
otherwise from the Career Profile Manager web site for utilization in the
hiring process.
UNAUTHORIZED USAGE:
Resume formats, cover letter materials or systems utilized by all others
not produced by The
Original Resume®™
Any reproduction, replication or
utilization of any format creation concept of resume formats, cover letters or
other materials in part or whole will be subject to Trademark Infringement
unless paid for prior to utilization.
OWNERSHIP:
The materials, products and services
provided and, or implied, are trademarked materials and are protected by
worldwide trademark Federal, State Laws and treaty provisions for printed
materials and intellectual property rights and provisions. They may not be
copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or
distributed in any way, without The Original Resume®™ prior written permission and approval. Except, as expressly provided herein, The
Original Resume®™ and its
suppliers do not grant any rights either express, implied or by estoppels under
any patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secret information that may
govern the use of these materials, services or products.

sole discretion of The Original Resume®™ Company staff.

Any material, data, information or
